Happy Monday
Hey Everyone,
I know I've been quiet on here for a couple of Mondays, and I appreciate your patience with me.
Here's where things stand. Loved by My Best Friend's Dad is almost done. The editing process will not be that long; my editor is really good at what she does. Prince and Finn have been keeping me very busy, and honestly, I didn't want to stop writing long enough to come up for air. I'm also battling a little imposter syndrome. I haven't published anything since early last year, but I'm really happy with how this story is turning out.
I do have some exciting news coming your way this week, so keep your eyes open. Something big is dropping on Wednesday, and you won't want to miss it.
On the home front, let's just say it's been a crazy couple of weeks. We had to get a new water heater, which was not on the agenda, but here we are. I will spare you the details of the cold showers that brought me back to my Navy days, when I was stuck on the ship. You're welcome.
I'm itching to start prepping my veggie garden, but Rhode Island in March has absolutely no interest in cooperating with my plans. Any gardeners in here? What are you planning to grow this year? I need all the encouragement I can get.
The laundry room makeover is still on the list, too, but between the writing and the unexpected water heater situation, the good weather days slipped right past me.
Even though I normally take Mondays off from writing, finishing Prince and Finn's story is important.
I hope you all have a wonderful Monday!
