Welcome to February

Hey everyone,

January has come and gone. I got quite a lot organized from the garage to my writing, but there's a lot of room for improvement.

Last week, my plan to make a big dent in my writing didn't go as planned. Did I get some writing in? Yes, but it was a struggle. Not because the words weren't coming, but from unexpected things jumping in the way. From family members getting sick and needing to be hospitalized (they are doing fine, thank goodness) to errands I'd put off that were screaming for my attention. I feel like the days I could sit at my desk and write all day are long gone. I mean, some days I'm happy for the break, and then there are days I want to write but can't. This might sound like I'm complaining, but not so (much). Last year, I had time, but no words or plot were flowing, so begging for writing time is a good thing for me.

I usually take Mondays off, but I'm going to sit myself down at my desk and write. This book is getting to the point where my characters are giving me some spice...LOL...And I have decided on a title which I will reveal when I do the cover. Also, a new chapter for Not Your Average Fairy Tale will be uploaded this week. That's all I have for now. More things are coming soon.
