Hey everyone
I hope you had a great weekend. It was rainy for me. We were in the eye of the nor'easter, so I spent the weekend getting caught up on One Piece and writing.
When I tell you I am almost done with Parker’s Demon, I mean it. I’m closing up plot holes, answering questions I’ve been asked since the last book. I really am enjoying this story. Even though I knew I would be doing some world-building, it’s a lot more than I was expecting. I keep telling myself I don’t have to explain every single thing, but my muse won’t let things go, so I’m going with the flow. Sometimes I’m not even sure what will happen with Parker and Aoi. I promise a cover reveal is coming really soon.
On another front, this year's background remake is done! We couldn’t complete a few things because of the rainy days, which always seem to happen on weekends. Anyway, I’m happy with the results. I took chances and learned new things about myself. Like never using a table saw before or making any kind of furniture. We already have our next project in mind and can’t wait to get started on it. I don’t know how long it will take, but hopefully not as long as the backyard. But it’s going to take a lot of work, and it’s indoors.
